You have the option to access myBRP app using either biometrics or MFA – It’s your choice!
If you choose biometric authentication, BRP will not have access to your biometrics information – Your biometrics are stored on your device and remain under your sole control.
BRP will not see any or access any of your personal information from your phone – The only information BRP will see:
Only BRP IT and HR teams will access your personal information to provide IT support and address any HR related query.
You can remove the app at any time - However deleting or removing the app will not delete your data. If you install the app again, your data will be restored.
Your data is stored in Canada by our authorized third-party provider Salesforce.
